Canon City/Royal Gorge - Fremont County Fair, July 26 - August 2, 2014, As All-American as locally grown and hand-picked apples, the Fremont County Fair encompasses multiple weekends in July and into August. Held at the Fremont County Fairgrounds in Cañon City and Pathfinder Park in Florence, the fair spotlights not only local 4-H youth and their livestock but also area cooks, artists, craftsmen and rodeo athletes.
