What: 1st Annual Christmas Fest - The Christmas Fest will feature a raffle, silent auction for assorted Christmas Holiday themed items and a live auction, in the parking lot, of whimsically decorated, themed, artificial Christmas Trees.
Why: To raise funds for Saint John the Evangelist Catholic School. The funds will be used to supplement the school’s operating fund, which in turn will help keep tuition costs lower for families wishing to provide a Catholic education for their child(ren).
Attendees will be asked to remain in vehicles unless viewing items, bidding in live auction or purchasing food.
Attendees will be allowed to exit the vehicle to view items and to purchase food. Masks must be worn at all times while outside of the vehicle.. 6 foot social distancing must be adhered to.
Attendees will be allowed to exit vehicles during live auction and enter the auction bidding area, provided the attendee is bidding on the current item. Masks must be worn at all times while outside of the vehicle. 6 foot social distancing must be adhered to.
Raffle tickets are 1/$20 or 6/$100
Food and Beverage will be available for purchase.
During this time of COVID-19, safety protocols allow each of us to be charitable towards one another in protecting the mind, body, and spirit of our SJE family. Per local mandates, everyone who attends, volunteers, or works an event must wear a mask to the greatest extent possible regardless of whether the event is outside or inside. Social distancing of 6 feet must be maintained. All attendees must register for the events and provide a phone number for contact tracing. Susceptible populations are strongly encouraged to refrain from participating in any public gathering during the Safer at Home phase.
