In our Steak and Spirits class, you’ll learn to cook utilizing spirits from a local distillery. Our chefs will guide you through the hands on preparation of a three course menu, starring steak as the main course. After your lessons in our kitchens, you’ll stop off with a representative from a local distillery. Learn about their products through a tasting and enjoy a house crafted cocktail! Conclude the evening with a fabulous meal that you’ve helped to prepare along with a selection of wine or beer!
